Niko Mäkelä

Niko Markvukaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at CrowdStrike since July 2023, Niko previously held various engineering roles at CyberArk from November 2020 to June 2023, including R&D Escalation Engineer, Premium Support Engineer, and Enterprise Support Engineer. Niko also worked as a Support Engineer at TIBCO Software Inc. from October 2018 to October 2020 and began a career in retail as a Store Assistant Manager at Maplin from December 2015 to June 2018.
