Jeremiah Phillips

Jeremiah Phillips is an accomplished commercial real estate agent with eXp Commercial since October 2014 and a real estate investor at Cabhrú Homes since April 2020, focused on aiding homeowners and enhancing communities in Upstate South Carolina. Jeremiah's extensive experience includes roles as a workshop and preview speaker with FortuneBuilders from 2015 to 2020 and residential redeveloper with Harmon Blue, LLC from 2010 to 2019. As president and treasurer of the Lubbock Real Estate Investor Association from 2014 to 2018, Jeremiah promoted local real estate education and facilitated networking opportunities for investors. Prior to real estate, Jeremiah developed a strong sales background in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, achieving significant sales milestones and recognition with companies including MedImmune, Takeda, TAP Pharmaceuticals, and First Horizon Pharmaceutical. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Texas Tech University and Wayland Baptist University.
