Paul Pursell

Paul Pursell is the Founder and Managing Director of Mountain West Multifamily Advisors, leading a team focused on multifamily investment properties in Utah, Idaho, and North Carolina. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial in Utah and Idaho, Paul also founded US Commercial Real Estate Advisors, overseeing a national team of commercial real estate agents. Previous roles include Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial and KW Commercial, along with Vice President of Investments at Colliers International and Real Estate Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap. Paul holds multiple Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Finance, and Real Estate from Florida State University and is pursuing a certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Paul has served in the US Army as a Cannon Crew Member.
