Charles Mouzannar has extensive work experience in the infrastructure and construction industry. Charles is currently the Chief Operating Officer of exp Federal, where they are responsible for expanding global operations and delivery capabilities. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, including President of E&I and Clean Energy, Executive Vice President of Construction & Specialty Consulting, Senior Vice President of the Major Projects Group, and Director of Construction Management. Charles also served as President of Gaudet & Associates, Inc. and held multiple positions at Gaudet Associates, Inc., including Project Manager, Project Director, Vice President, and Executive Vice President.
Charles Mouzannar earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
