Carmen Olazabal, PE, PMP, MBA, LEED AP, ENV SP, serves as the Director of Sustainability and Resilience at EXP since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in strategic leadership and project management. Previous roles include Vice President of South Florida at Alpha Corporation, where Carmen was instrumental in driving regional growth and managing project teams, and President and Founder of 4City Consulting, a firm focused on public sector strategies in mobility and sustainability. Carmen has also held various leadership positions within municipal government, including Assistant City Manager and Interim City Manager for Coral Gables, implementing operational initiatives and overseeing significant budgets. Carmen's academic credentials comprise an MBA from Harvard Business School and master's and bachelor's degrees in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively.
