Kyle Henry

Kyle Henry serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Alternative Delivery at EXP since March 2018. Previously at Bechtel Corporation from December 2010 to February 2018, Kyle held several roles, including Deputy Manager for the Global Civil Sector, where responsibilities included developing global sector strategies for large infrastructure projects. As a Bid Manager, Kyle successfully led teams on significant public-private partnership projects such as the Finch West and Valley Line LRT, achieving an A (low) credit rating for project financing. Experience as Marketing and Business Development Capture Manager involved overseeing over 25 proposal efforts, with notable wins like the Kosovo Motorway Route 7 project. Kyle's early career included roles as a Cost Engineer and Contract Specialist, emphasizing financial analysis and change management for major projects like Hamad International Airport. Kyle earned an MBA in International Business from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
