Chad Messina

Chad Messina possesses extensive experience in both real estate and sports production. Currently serving as a Realtor at eXp Realty since September 2022, Chad previously worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from March 2019 to September 2022. In the sports sector, Chad has held various freelance roles since 1996, including Game Day Director and Director of Scoreboard Operations for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, as well as Technical Director/Engineer for the Florida Panthers since October 2011. Chad also served as Assistant Director of Engineering for the Miami Marlins from February 2013 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communication with a focus on TV/Film production from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Palm Beach Community College.
