Dean Yu

Dean Yu is a skilled Real Estate Associate at Overseas Student Service Corp. since August 2020, where consultation with over 10 clients weekly, marketing properties, and conducting apartment tours are fundamental responsibilities. Noteworthy achievements include successfully negotiating four leasing agreements within two months despite pandemic challenges. Prior experience includes leading a team in the IBM Watson Social Impact Competition, where a project to enhance NYC subway efficiency garnered Third Prize and monetary award. As a Cultural Ambassador at Baruch College, Dean Yu facilitated cultural exchanges among international students.
