Jess Powers

Jess Powers is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as an Associate Broker at eXp Realty, specializing in helping employees achieve significant savings on home transactions. With a strong foundation in fine arts, interior design, and community engagement, Jess has also been a Real Estate Agent with Coastal Properties Group since 2014. In addition to real estate, Jess operates The Jess Powers Project, curating a bi-monthly music series that highlights local female vocalists. Previous roles include Broker Associate at Coastal Properties Group, Director of Corporate Catering Sales & Special Events at The Bread Lab, and various positions in event coordination and music booking. Jess holds a BFA in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University and a Real Estate License from the Real Estate Institute of Rhode Island.
