Jim Beardsley

Jim Beardsley is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as an EXP Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty since July 2023 and a Licensed Realtor with Nationwide Real Estate Executives since February 2015. Beardsley is also a Managing Partner at Seven Wonders Real Estate Investments LLC, focusing on cash purchases of developing properties. As the Founder and Event Director of the Rat Beach Bike Tour, a charity event held annually, Beardsley demonstrates a commitment to community engagement.
