Jorge Manuel Florez Gutierrez

Jorge Manuel Florez Gutierrez has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Practicante at Grupo Bancolombia. Jorge Manuel then worked as an Asistente Comercial and later as Líder de la célula de Adquirencia, where they focused on promoting and improving the efficiency of the product. At Fiduciaria de Occidente, Jorge worked as an Analista de Estructuración, where they played a significant role in structuring one of the largest businesses of the fiduciary and closing deals with leading construction companies in Colombia, among other achievements. Jorge Manuel then served as Subdirector Nacional de Negocios Fiduciarios at ACCION FIDUCIARIA from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, Jorge co-founded Holy Cheese Colombia, which they were part of until 2021. Jorge Manuel also co-founded Spaceship Burger in 2020. Currently, they are working at eXp Realty as a Sales Team Lead and Real Estate Agent, leveraging their knowledge and expertise in real estate in Florida to help clients invest in the state.

Jorge Manuel Florez Gutierrez completed their Especialista en Mercadeo Estratégico degree from CESA in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Administrative de Negocios Internacionales from Universidad del Rosario from 2008 to 2013. In 2011, they also participated in an academic exchange program at Universidad Nacional libre de la plata. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Escuela de Liderazgo y Poder from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración in 2018.
