Nick Holman

Nick Holman is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Real Estate Team Lead for The Holman Group at eXp Realty since April 2021, specializing in property sales in Huntsville, Alabama, and surrounding areas. Prior to this role, Nick worked as a REALTOR® at EXIT Realty Corp. International from February 2020 to April 2021 and operated as a self-employed Disk Jockey between March 2018 and December 2019. Additional experience includes a position as a Commission Sales Associate at GNC in late 2017. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and previously studied at the University of South Florida from 2014 to 2016.
