Pam Scott has extensive experience in the travel and real estate industries, currently serving as a Reservations Agent for United Airlines since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing reservations and providing customer service for elite members. Pam has been a Realtor with Cornerstone Realty since July 2003, adeptly navigating the ever-changing real estate market. Previously, Pam worked in the Preferred Accounts reservations division at Continental Airlines from January 1994 to September 1999, where customer service excellence was a key focus.
