Rachel Méthot

Rachel M. is an experienced professional serving as the Chief Digital Officer for the DoD's Psychological Health Center of Excellence at ICF since September 2021, where the focus includes digital communications strategy. As the Founder and CEO of Wonk Policy & Communications, LLC since March 2018, Rachel provides consultancy services in the health policy landscape. Previous notable roles include Director of Advocacy & Communications for the LEAD Coalition, Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, and Deputy Communications Director for the 2015 White House Conference on Aging. Rachel's extensive background includes positions at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and a strong foundation in communications, policy analysis, and advocacy within various health sectors, supported by a Master's degree in Management of Aging Services and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Anthropology.
