Randy Rand

Randy Rand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and mediation. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at eXp Realty, LLC since August 2011, Randy is involved in empowering agents to build their businesses within a collaborative cloud-based environment. Additionally, Randy has been the Owner of Dispute Mediation Solutions, LLC since February 2011, providing mediation services across Florida as a certified mediator. Previously, Randy founded and served as President of both Property Management & Investment Group, Inc. and Silver King Properties, developing comprehensive management and real estate brokerage services. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Criminal Investigation from Troy University, earned between 1977 and 1979.
