Sarah J. Smogoleski, CPP, currently serves as the Sr Director of Global People & Culture Ops at eXp Realty, where notable achievements include identifying significant cost savings through vendor renegotiations and transitioning multiple countries from PEO to in-house HR models. With a strong background in leadership, business partnership, vendor management, project management, and employment law, Sarah has successfully built teams, managed complex HR operations, and streamlined processes across diverse geographical regions. Prior to eXp Realty, experience includes roles in HRIS management, generalist functions, and payroll processing at Sunquest Information Systems and other organizations, along with a Bachelor's degree in Arts Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
