Aashima Jain

Aashima Jain has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Aashima started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Shiven Impex in January 2022, where they gained valuable experience for two months. Aashima then continued their internship at Monster India from May 2022 to July 2022, further enhancing their HR skills. Aashima then joined Expand My Business in October 2022 as a Talent Trainee, where they worked until January 2023. During their time at Expand My Business, they served as an HRBP, monitoring and managing the intern's lifecycle in the organization. Additionally, they took on the role of campus lead for the campus recruitment project, collaborating with tier 1 and tier 2 campuses in India. Aashima's work experience showcases their expertise in HR and their ability to effectively handle recruitment and intern lifecycle management.
