Rachel Ferguson

Rachel Ferguson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic and operational HR roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Expand Research, a BCG company, Rachel oversees HR projects in key global locations, including London, New York, and Singapore. Previously, Rachel held significant positions at Vebnet, where responsibilities included leading client delivery and managing HR integration following the company's acquisition by Standard Life. Earlier experiences at Prudential UK involved developing workplace distribution channels and managing reward projects, coupled with legal consultancy work supporting employment law matters.
