Rui Bian

Rui Bian is a Data Scientist at Expatiate Communications. They have previous experience as a Research Internship at Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where they participated in analyzing the support structure of the Thirty Meters Telescope (TMT) using tools such as C programming language, Matlab, and ANSYS. Rui has a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Techniques and Applications of Synchrotron Radiation from the University of Science and Technology of China.
