Ayo Taiwo is a seasoned professional in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Engineering, currently serving as Senior Director at Expedia Group since April 2019. With a strong focus on platform modernization and team leadership, Ayo has successfully built high-performing data engineering teams and collaborated cross-functionally to create scalable data platforms. Prior experience includes significant roles at Hotels.com, where Ayo led the Business Intelligence team and developed self-service BI tools, and earlier tenure at companies such as T-Mobile, Tesco, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, advancing BI capabilities and data integration efforts. Ayo holds a Master's degree in Marketing Information Systems from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University.
