Charlie Goodenough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Measurement & Insights Director at Expedia Group since May 2014, Charlie leads customer experience initiatives across multiple marketplaces, platforms, and brands. Previously held roles include Voice of Customer Senior Manager and EU E-commerce Manager at Expedia Group, where Charlie developed a foundational Voice of Customer program and managed the transition of Vrbo.com and Homeaway. Prior experience includes Senior Marketing Manager positions at comparethemarket.com and PayPal, as well as Head of Marketing at Ladbrokes, where significant achievements included increasing customer acquisition and optimizing marketing budgets. Charlie earned a 2:1 Bsc (Hons) in Marketing from Aston University.
