Courtney Crosby

Courtney Crosby, PhD, is a Quantitative UX Researcher III at Expedia Group, specializing in user experience research since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading junior researchers and defining research roadmaps. Previously, Courtney served as a Quantitative UX Researcher II at Expedia Group, focusing on customer experience measurement and applying mixed-methods research. Prior academic experience includes a five-year tenure at The University of Texas at Austin as a Graduate Researcher, resulting in eight peer-reviewed publications and over 20 conference presentations. Courtney received a competitive dissertation grant to conduct cross-cultural research and has collaborated across disciplines, contributed to teaching, and mentored undergraduate students.
