Gareth Davies

Gareth Davies is an experienced professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Country Director for Expedia TAAP covering the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions since May 2016. Prior positions at Expedia Group include Strategic Account Director and Senior Manager for TAAP Strategic Accounts. Previously, Gareth held the role of Head of Business Development at HotelClub from September 2014 to May 2016 and various managerial positions at Orbitz Worldwide from March 2008 to August 2014, including Area Manager for the Middle East, Africa, and Indian Ocean. Earlier experience includes roles at Tui Travel PLC, where Gareth was a Purchasing Manager for Greece, Turkey, and the Maldives, as well as for the Canary Islands and Greece. Gareth earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in French Language and Literature from the University of Wales, Lampeter, and attended Ysgol Gyfun Rhydfelen.
