Melissa Day

Melissa Day began their career as a Law Clerk at the California Department of Justice and has since held various positions in both law firms and governmental entities. Melissa has significant experience in employment law, including roles at Wilson Elser and Wilson Kenna & Borys. Currently, Melissa is the Vice President, Head of Employment Law at Expedia Group, where Melissa manages a team and provides legal advice to Human Resources personnel and business leaders. Prior to their current role, Melissa was a Deputy Attorney General IV at the California Department of Justice. With a JD from Loyola Law School and a BA in Government and Psychology from Smith College, Melissa brings a strong legal background to their current position.
