Rochelle Nelson-Read has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, having held senior leadership positions at Expedia Group and Thomas Cook Group. At Expedia Group, from October 2016 to April 2018, Rochelle served as Senior Director of Global CRM, Loyalty & Customer Retention, and Retail Pricing for Brand Expedia Group. Prior to that, from February 2007 to November 2011, Rochelle was the Head of Site Performance Analysis and Web Analytics for Europe and also worked as Performance and Optimisation Manager for Web Analytics in the UK at Thomas Cook Group.
