Umair Ghani

Umair Ghani is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and site reliability, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Expedia Group since January 2016. Previously, Umair held roles including Senior Software Engineering Manager at Expedia Group and various positions at Orbitz from 2008 to 2015, culminating in Site Reliability Engineering Manager. Umair's career began at Orbitz as a Release Engineer and progressed through several engineering roles. Umair holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
