Eli Muhammad

Eli Muhammad has work experience as an End User Support Specialist at Expedient Technology Solutions, LLC since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at the same company from September 2019 to March 2021. Eli also worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Forward Edge from May 2017 to August 2018.

Eli Muhammad completed their high school education from Butler Tech in the field of Information Technology from 2015 to 2017. They then pursued a degree in Computer and Information Systems with a field of study in User Support from Sinclair Community College, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Eli has obtained various certifications, including TestOut ServerPro 2016 and TestOut PC Pro from TestOut Corporation in May 2020 and May 2019 respectively. They also hold a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification obtained in June 2022, a CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification obtained in March 2021, and a Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator certification from Duo Security obtained in March 2021.
