Michael Kelley

Michael Kelley has a diverse work experience history. Michael started as a Line Cook at Aramark Refreshment Services in May 2018 and worked until July 2018. Later that same year, they worked as a Cashier at Dollar Tree Stores from November to December 2018. In 2019, they took on various roles as a Student Technician at Cedarville University from January to May, as a Linen Truck Driver/Housekeeping Inspector at Regency Hotel Management from May to August, and again as a Student Technician at Cedarville University from August to April 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Marina Supervisor/Kitchen Supervisor at Regency Hotel Management from May to August, and as a Student Technician at Cedarville University from August 2020 to February 2021. Most recently, they held the position of Desktop Support Specialist at Expedient Technology Solutions, LLC from January 2021 to May 2022, and is currently working as an End User Support Specialist Tier 1 at the same company starting from May 2022.

Michael Kelley completed their high school education at Ridgewood High School from 2012 to 2017, earning a High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.

In terms of certifications, Michael Kelley obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 certification from Microsoft in April 2018. Michael then earned the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2022. In March 2023, they obtained the Certified Level 1 Duo Administrator and Level One Administrator certifications from Duo Security. Prior to this, in September 2021, they obtained the CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification from CompTIA. Lastly, in June 2022, they acquired the Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator certification from Duo Security.
