Meghan Caviness

Meghan Caviness is an experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Expedition Capital Advisors since April 2024. Prior to this role, Meghan held multiple positions in asset management, including Vice President at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC and Waypoint Residential. Additional experience includes roles at Monogram Residential Trust as Associate Vice President and at Behringer Harvard as a Portfolio Management Analyst. Earlier career positions include credit analysis at NexBank and Prudential Asset Resources, as well as leasing and advisory roles at Colliers International and Duke Realty Corporation. Meghan holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington and a BA in History from the University of Oklahoma.
