Bill Laanen

Bill Laanen possesses extensive experience in customer technology and account management within the logistics sector. Since June 2011, Bill has held various managerial roles at Expeditors in Central Europe, including Regional Customer Technology & Network Solutions Manager and Customer Retention & Development Program Owner. Prior to this, Bill worked as a Sales Representative for Kintetsu World Express, managing air and ocean freight customers in the southern Netherlands. Bill's earlier career at DHL Express spanned from 2003 to 2010, with responsibilities ranging from fieldsales account management to telesales and customer service. Bill holds a Master of Science in Business Process Management & IT from Open Universiteit, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and an MBO-4 in International Trade from Nova College Haarlem.
