Kandis Foley

Kandis Foley is an experienced Program Manager and Agile Coach with a focus on implementing agile methodologies at Expeditors since July 2016, serving as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). In addition to facilitating bi-annual lean agile initiatives, Kandis has a rich history of community involvement, including serving as a Board Member for the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair from May 2006 to July 2022, and founding a summer theater group, Fairwood Productions. As a Lead Business Mentor for a high school FIRST Robotics Competition team, Kandis managed logistics and fundraising, and created the YouTube channel CreateScienceProject to assist science fair participants, achieving significant audience engagement. Previous software development roles at Sportsman’s Manor Extended Stay and Boeing laid a strong technical foundation, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Math from Western Washington University.
