Paolo Rafael Franco has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paolo Rafael began their career as an Executive Vice President for Varsity Affairs in the La Salle Debate Society in 2011, where they implemented training plans and managed varsity member affairs. In 2013, they became the President and Team Captain of the La Salle Debate Society, bringing in significant sponsorship and organizing the organization's Board of Trustees.

In 2014, Paolo worked as an intern at AURA Hotels and Resorts, gaining exposure to hotel and restaurant management. Paolo Rafael then joined Banco de Oro, Universal Bank, Inc. as an Account Officer in Commercial Banking, where they provided account management for small to medium enterprises and recommended financial services tailored to their needs.

In 2016, Paolo became a Coach for the La Salle Debate Society, co-designing and executing the debate training regimen for undergraduate students. During their tenure, they won a national championship in 2018.

In 2015, Paolo joined Mondelēz International and took on various roles, including Key Account Sales Executive, Key Account Executive Operations, and Management Trainee. In these positions, they led account management, negotiated business interests, drove revenue growth, and managed strategic business planning and sales operations.

From 2021 to 2022, Paolo worked as a Commercial Manager at Boozy.ph, overseeing the total commercial business and managing brand/supplier partnerships, events, and assortment.

Currently, Paolo Rafael Franco is a Partnerships Manager at Expedock, an AI-powered automation service in the global supply chain industry. In this role, they are focused on building the data infrastructure for efficiency and profitability enhancement.

Paolo Rafael Franco completed their high school education at Claret School of Quezon City from 2006 to 2010. Paolo Rafael then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management at De La Salle University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
