Anu Muralidharan

Anu Muralidharan is expected to serve on the board of directors upon the completion of this offering, and has served as the Chief Operating Officer since January 2021. Ms. Muralidharan previously served as the Director of Product Operations from January 2018 to January 2021 and as the Head of Payment Operations from August 2015 to January 2018. Prior to joining Expensify, she held Vice President positions at Citibank and Marqeta Inc., and various engineering roles at Oracle. Ms. Muralidharan holds a B.E. in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in Pilani, India and an M.B.A from Cornell University. They believe that Ms. Muralidharan is qualified to serve as a member of the board of directors due to her long history and experience in the payments industry, comprehensive knowledge of payments systems, and perspective and experience as the Chief Operating Officer.
