Theresia Tika Timothy

Theresia Tika Timothy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Consulting and Owner at PT. Indonesian People Power since November 2007, Theresia has developed talent management systems and assessment centers. Roles as an Expertist at PPM Institute of Management and Experd Consulting since 2012 have involved assisting projects for Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Negara Indonesia. Theresia has also worked as an HR Advisor for Aerotrans, setting up HR systems, and previously held positions as Recruitment Manager at PT Nutrifood Indonesia and Darmawan Swecker & Associates. Theresia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Psychology and a Master's in Management from recognized institutions.
