Amir Baldissera

Amir Baldissera has over 17 years of work experience. In 2004, they began their career as the COO of Mentis srl, where they managed and defined the production activities of the Management Consulting line and of the Innovation Projects line. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Board Member of the Group of Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Padova, where they organized and managed activities and events to help the growth of new startups. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Board Member of the Camposampierese delegation of Confindustria, managing the relationship between Confindustria and the Education authorities, schools and universities. In 2011, they began teaching Business Management at the University of Padova and in 2013 they became a Professor for the Master Italian Global Approach to Management in India (IGAMI) at Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Confindustria Padova. In 2019, they became a Founding Board Member of Ar4all srl, providing technological support for the development of the first consumer marketing platform in augmented reality. In 2021, they began teaching the course "UX in Mixed Reality - How to design Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality applications" at UXUniversity and became a Full Member of IWA Italy - International Web Association Italia. Finally, in 2012 they became the CEO of Experenti, where they had the vision to identify an emerging technology ready to have a huge impact on the market and directly controlled sales with top clients.

Amir Baldissera completed their education in Cognitive Sciences from Università degli Studi di Padova in 1999. Amir has also obtained certifications such as Digital Strategic Planner from IWA Italy - International Web Association Italia in 2021, Innovation and emerging technology: Be disruptive from Macquarie University in 2020, Innovation Management from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in 2020, and Strategic Management from Macquarie University in 2020.
