Kl Sam

KL Sam is an experienced professional in risk and operations management with a strong background in compliance and client services. Currently serving as Risk Operations Manager and Information Assurance Manager at Experian Asia Pacific since November 2019, KL Sam oversees compliance requirements for the Collection business unit. Previously, KL Sam held various leadership roles at CREDIT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (ASIA) PTE LTD from January 2001 to February 2018, including Vice President, where responsibilities included managing company operations and a team of 40 staff, as well as engaging with major clients such as banks and government agencies. KL Sam also has experience in administrative and human resources operations, complemented by a Professional Certificate in Data Analytics from NUS Business School Executive Education, completed in June 2022.
