Eddie Garofalo

Eddie Garofalo is an experienced professional in operations and service delivery, currently serving as the HRDI & EBA Team Manager at Experian since November 2021. Prior to this role, Eddie was the Service Delivery Lead at Retail Assist from June 2019 to November 2021 and held the position of Team Manager (FTC) at Experian from June 2018 to February 2019. Eddie's experience also includes managing operations at Remit Training, where responsibilities involved overseeing a contact centre focused on apprenticeship sourcing and recruitment, and serving as Operations Manager at Domestic & General, responsible for a sales department within a contact centre. Eddie began the career as a Team Leader, guiding a team of sales and customer service representatives. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lincoln, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
