Jessica Pierce is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation and HR program management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Experian since March 2022, Jessica previously held multiple roles at Toyota North America, including Compensation Specialist and Human Resources Business Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation activities for thousands of employees and leading HR initiatives for technology divisions. Jessica's career also includes significant positions at Jack Henry & Associates as an Advanced Compensation Analyst and at CompuCom Systems Inc as a Compensation Analyst. Beginning in 2005 as a Human Resources Assistant at West Asset Management, Jessica laid a strong foundation in HR operations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas.
