Pamela Gilkey-Gonzalez

Pamela Gilkey-Gonzalez, SHRMCP PHR, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational training. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at St. David's HealthCare since September 2011, Pamela is responsible for various functions, including corrective action, turnover analysis, leadership training, and employee investigations. Prior to this role, Pamela was a Human Resource Generalist at HCA Healthcare Parallon Business Solutions and Brookdale, where responsibilities included compliance, recruiting, and onboarding. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a BBA in Human Resources from St. Mary's University.
