Joseph Mayans

Joseph Mayans serves as the Chief Economist for Experian North America, leading the Economic Strategy Group since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mayans was the Director of US Economics at Advantage Economics, where a suite of resources was developed in partnership with Experian to address the economic narrative of the COVID-19 crisis and recovery. Other notable positions include Assistant Vice President and Economic and Public Policy Coordinator at Zions Bank, and various roles within the United States Senate, including Staff Lead for the Competitiveness Caucus and Legislative Correspondent. Mayans holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Wichita State University.
