Joy Motheral

Joy Motheral, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager and Client Implementation Lead at Experian, focusing on project management and delivery support for government contracts within the Mortgage group, with specializations in survey implementation, process improvement, business intelligence, and requirements analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Director at cBEYONData (formerly DCS Consulting, Inc.), owner of Systani, Inc., Chief Operating Officer at CTIS, Inc., and Program Director at DMG Federal, where management of the Federal Contracts Group for the DC Office and oversight of the Department of State Office of Public Diplomacy Enterprise Reporting System were key responsibilities. Joy holds a BA in Psychology/Sociology from Central College and has pursued master's classes in Social Work and Theology at Rutgers University.
