Samuel Song

Samuel Song is the Senior Director of PMO and Continuous Improvement at Experian, with a career spanning over fifteen years in the consumer credit industry. Previously serving as Operations Director, they led a team focused on improving batch data delivery processes, achieving significant reductions in cycle time. Since 2015, in their current role, they have driven enhancements in data quality and operational efficiency, overseeing initiatives that account for over $250 million in annual revenue. Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.
