Stefan Hanke

Stefan Hanke serves as Chief Information Officer at Experian since December 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Vice President of Infrastructure & Cloud Services at DOCOMO Digital from March 2021 to November 2022. In this role, Stefan oversaw IT infrastructure, data center management, cloud services, and IT operations, successfully migrating services to Amazon Web Services. Prior to DOCOMO Digital, Stefan was with Amadeus for over 13 years, where roles included Vice President of Infrastructure & Cloud Services and Head of Service Reliability Engineering, managing global operations and leading key initiatives in DevOps, cloud migration, and service management. Stefan's experience also encompasses positions in data center management and production across multiple Amadeus entities, with a strong background in quality management and operational excellence. Educational credentials include a Diplom Kaufmann from Bundeswehr University Munich and a Master in Total Quality Management from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, along with executive education from IESE Business School.
