Olivia Passucci, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Olivia is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Experic since September 2021. Olivia was responsible for leading talent acquisition strategy and supporting a non-commercial client group. Olivia also gained experience at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, where they built a Talent Acquisition team and developed recruitment strategies.

From 2010 to 2015, Olivia was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Acelity. Here, they implemented initiatives to improve candidate and business leader experience, resulting in significant cost savings. Additionally, Olivia played a vital role in the organizational redesign and talent integration following a private equity acquisition.

Olivia's career began at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare in 2009, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience at Johnson & Johnson from 2006 to 2009, serving as the Team Lead of Talent Assessment. During this time, Olivia developed expertise in talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Olivia also trained and mentored peers to strengthen the recruitment organization.

Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Olivia worked as a Human Resources Consultant from 2000 to 2006, where they provided comprehensive HR consulting services.
