Sarah Lee Shepard

Sarah Lee Shepard has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and research. Sarah Lee is currently working as a Team Lead UX Research at Experience One since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Expert Usability Engineering at both TÅLLBEARD and Cognitive Laboratories from 2019 to 2022.

Before that, Sarah served as a Senior UX Designer and Freelance Information Architect at Aperto - An IBM Company from 2016 to 2019. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance Senior Information Architect at Strichpunkt Design and TÅLLBEARD, and as a Freelance Senior Information Architect at Coreweb in 2016. Sarah Lee also worked as a Freelance Senior Information Architect at Neue Digitale / Razorfish GmbH in 2014 and as a Freelance Senior UX Designer at gosub in 2014.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in conducting usability testing, creating user flows and wireframes, optimizing websites and applications, and developing responsive concepts. Sarah Lee is skilled in structuring and organizing information to enhance user understanding and experience.

Sarah Lee Shepard attended Hochschule Kaiserslautern from 2002 to 2007, graduating with a degree in Dipl. Inf. Sarah Lee studied a range of subjects including Human Computer Interaction, Media Design, Film, Software Engineering, and Project Management. Prior to that, they completed a Media Design program focused on digital and print media from 2000 to 2002, specializing in media design, media communication, typography, and layouting.
