Erin Gushman

Erin Gushman is the VP Brand Strategy at Experience Studio since February 2021. Previously, Erin held the position of Director of Marketing at Kukuiula Development Co LLC from March 2017 to 2021. Before that, Erin worked as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Kukui'ula Realty Group LLC from March 2015 to 2017. Erin's career in the real estate industry started as a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties from July 2012 to February 2015, where she was a team member of the Howard Hughes Project Sales Team. Prior to that, Erin was a Real Estate Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Makai Properties from June 2011 to June 2012. Erin's experience in marketing began as a Marketing Coordinator at Prudential Locations from September 2007 to March 2008, followed by a position as a Marketing Coordinator at Brookfield Homes Hawaii from 2006 to 2007. Erin holds a BA in Marketing & Management from the University of San Diego, where she attended from 2003 to 2006, after completing some education at the University of Denver in 2002 and 2003.
