Jamie Burkhart

Jamie Burkhart has extensive experience in customer service and tour direction, currently serving as the Global Customer Service and Reservations Manager and European Operations Manager at ExperienceFirst since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jamie held multiple positions at The Amish Farm and House from August 2015 to September 2021, including director of tours, events coordinator, and social media manager, as well as serving as a Spanish tour guide. Jamie began a career in administration as an Administrative Assistant at Herr & Sacco from May 2013 to January 2014. Jamie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 2013 and 2016.
