Tamina Koehne-Drube has extensive experience in various roles focused on people experience and engagement. Tamina is currently the Head of People Experience at ExperienceFirst, where they are responsible for designing and maintaining a global people strategy. Prior to this, they worked at MEGT (Australia) Ltd, leading the learning and engagement initiatives as the Learning and Engagement Manager. Tamina also held roles as a Staff Engagement Lead and Talent Management Learning Designer at MEGT. Earlier in their career, Tamina worked at Topdeck Travel as the Global L&D Leader and People Business Partner, where they built a new L&D strategy and facilitated training for staff and operational partners. Tamina also worked as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, handling M&A and litigation matters. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Latin Dance Teacher, Paralegal and Training Coordinator, and Trainee Teacher.
Tamina Koehne-Drube completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours) and Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies in Chinese at The Australian National University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Caulfield Grammar School from 1997 to 2006. Tamina also has additional certifications in various fields, such as learning and development, training, marketing, leadership, and negotiation skills.
