Jacquelyn Nguyen

Jacquelyn Nguyen has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jacquelyn began their career as an Immigration Legal Intern at Angkor Resource Center in 2017, where they assisted with social and legal services for a pan-Asian immigrant clientele. In 2018, they served as a Community Volunteer at South Atlanta Asian Community, coordinating activities and providing social and health services for the elderly population.

From 2019 to 2020, Jacquelyn worked as a Business Immigration Analyst at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, handling high volumes of cases for software consultants and project managers. Jacquelyn also developed a SharePoint database and ensured efficient data management for the team.

In 2020, Jacquelyn transitioned to a similar role as a Business Immigration Analyst at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where they collaborated with HR departments and generated over 500 visa petitions using in-house applications and software.

Moving into the technology industry, Jacquelyn interned as a Technical Supportability Engineer at Twilio Inc. in 2021. Jacquelyn analyzed and solved support tickets, provided strategic input for projects, and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Also in 2021, Jacquelyn joined Cox Communications as a QA Programmer Test Engineer. In this role, they performed various testing tasks, designed test strategies, and executed projects focused on evaluating telecommunication quality.

Currently, Jacquelyn is working as a Consultant and Quality Assurance Engineer at Experient Group. Jacquelyn'sresponsibilities include ensuring quality assurance in projects and utilizing their expertise in the field.

Jacquelyn Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Sociology from Georgia State University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their college education, they received a High School Diploma and was Valedictorian at Charles R. Drew High School. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., in April 2022, and the SAFe DevOps certification from the same institution in March 2022.
