Jennifer Baker

Jennifer Baker, MHA, CSM®, is an experienced project manager specializing in healthcare IT and clinical informatics. Currently serving as the Epic Ambulatory Project Manager for Experis, Jennifer leads large-scale IT projects, including the consolidation of Epic systems for functional integration in healthcare settings. With a comprehensive background that includes advising governance workgroups, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing community connect projects at critical access hospitals, Jennifer has consistently achieved strategic organizational goals. Previous roles at organizations such as Providence and St. Joseph Health involved leading outpatient IT improvements, facilitating software training, and optimizing clinical workflows. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Providence and a BA in Animal Behavior from Bucknell University.
